Tikhon the kitten eats a lot, catnaps in the afternoon, plays with his toy mouse and bites the furniture. The kitten is cute, energetic child. He lived in the basement of the new high building. Mom saw an advert about cats in the basement, and she decided to adopt a kitten. Now we have the third child in our family :) Tihon grows and wow, he is long like baguette! After all, he will grow into a fat lazy cat, I’m sure. I don’t know the exact date of his birth, my friends, but if you ask me how old he is, I’ll probably say he was born in November 2020. The other kitten was adopted by a man from Kiev, Ukraine. He looks like Robert Downey Jr. at his young age! The man, knowing we’ve already adopted Tikhon, asked us about the kitten’s behavior at the new place. If you have a pet, you know that it can be stressed out and behave wildly. You need to be well-prepared for kitten’s appearance. You need to buy bowls, feed, medicines, and a tray for the pet. My brother, Artyom, often plays with Tikhon. Once he said, “ Tikhon looks like Fanya when he was a kitten”. I agreed. Fanya passed away in September. We can not forget or replace the one we loved, can we? We can hide the stuff, photos, toys, etc, not to remember the pain of loss. Hiding things, we do not hide memories anyway. Accepting the difference between the cats is easier than comparing them all the time. So we try :) Tikhon’s pervading love and purrs can not leave us with any sorrow in our heart.
